Oscar was a devoted father, son, brother, and friend who touched countless lives with his kindness, loyalty, and big heart. He had a passion for bringing people together. Whether he was working at the restaurant, helping someone in need, or making people laugh, Oscar left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Oscar believed that dreams were worth working for. No matter how long the day or how difficult the challenge, he always gave his best. He believed success came through hard work, perseverance, and treating people with respect.
This food truck was more than a business — it was his dream. It represents years of sacrifice, determination, and countless hours of hard work. His fingerprints are all over it.
Although Oscar is no longer with us, his dream lives on. Every meal served from this truck is a tribute to the man who made it possible. His spirit, dedication, and love continue to guide us every day.
